The Faculty of Architecture offers a comprehensive range of Taught Postgraduate Programmes in its three departments and one division, covering breadth and depth in the professional as well as academic research fields of Architecture, Real Estate and Construction, Urban Planning and Design, Landscape Architecture and Architectural Conservation. The majority of programmes offered are being professionally accredited by local and/or overseas professional bodies.

Faculty of Dentistry

The HKU Faculty of Dentistry is unique in Hong Kong for dental education and is considered to be the premier centre for postgraduate dental education and training in Southeast Asia.

Students enjoy first-class teaching and state-of-the-art learning facilities at the newly established specialist dental clinic - The Institute for Advanced Dentistry Multi-Specialty Clinic (IAD-MSC), which located in Sai Wan. The IAD-MSC is a Centre of Excellence created to manage complex and severe oral conditions.

The Faculty of Social Sciences was established in 1967, and has undergone rapid expansion and significant transformation since. The Faculty has six core Departments/Centre: Geography, Politics and Public Administration, Psychology, Social Work and Social Administration, and Sociology, and Journalism and Media Studies Centre. LKS Faculty of Medicine

The University of Hong Kong's Medical Faculty is the oldest faculty in tertiary-education in Hong Kong. Its origins go back to 1887, when the Hong Kong College of Medicine for Chinese was founded by the London Missionary Society. Besides training doctors and nurses, the Faculty has always been at the forefront of medical research and development of new clinical services for the benefit of humankind.
