Lower Boundary
Certificate of Completed Secondary Education (Attestat o srednem (polnom) obrazovanii) with an overall average of 4.5 or better on a 5-point scale; and an overall of 190 or better out of 245 in the Main Test of the National Scholarship Test (Общереспубликанское тестирование - Obshcherespublikanskoye testirovaniye)
English Language Requirement
An overall band of 6.5 or better in IELTS Academic Module in the same attempt (within 2 years after the test date);
A score of 93 or better in the TOEFL internet-based test / TOEFL iBT Home Edition in the same attempt (within 2 years after the test date);
or
