The University of Hong Kong (HKU) is committed to nurturing talents with global mindsets. This year, top scorers admitted to HKU with level 5** in 6 or more subjects in HKDSE will be honoured as the President’s Scholars. President's Scholars will be awarded exclusive scholarships as well as access to highly sought-after overseas learning opportunities.

President’s Scholars will be selected as HKU Student Ambassadors. They will be representing HKU to participate in ceremonies, conferences, and seminars. These occasions allow students to expand their networks as well as develop their interpersonal skills.

NOTES

  • The HKDSE examination results are based on 2025 only and in one sitting.
  • Students must not be HKDSE repeaters.
  • Students must fulfil the minimum University Entrance Requirements.
  • The result of Mathematics Extended Part Module 1 or 2 may be considered in lieu of Mathematics Compulsory Part.
