HKU Scholarships for Future Leaders
This scholarship recognises outstanding undergraduates who are from economies in transition and have demonstrated evidence of excellence and outstanding leadership and commitment to HK. Shortlisted candidates may need to supply additional documents.
HKU Entrance Scholarships for Outstanding Students (Other Qualifications Holders)
This merit-based scholarship recognises outstanding students newly admitted to HKU’s undergraduate programmes or university collaborative programmes. Eligible students will be shortlisted and nominated for the selection committee's consideration on a rolling basis.
Jardine HKU Scholarship
The Jardine HKU Scholarship is newly established to be awarded annually with the aim of supporting access to further education by local students who are financially in need, in order to nurture local talents to be future leaders who will give back to their community.
Hong Kong Scholarship for Outstanding LLB Students
This entrance scholarships will be offered to Year one local students who are admitted to the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree programme through the JUPAS Scheme with outstanding results in HKDSE.
Hong Kong Scholarship for Outstanding BPsych Students
This entrance scholarships will be offered to Year one local students who are admitted to the Bachelor of Psychology (BPsych) degree programme through the JUPAS Scheme with outstanding results in HKDSE.
Dr Patrick S C Poon Scholarship in Actuarial Science
In 2010, Dr Patrick S C Poon kindly pledged to The University of Hong Kong for the establishment of Dr Patrick S C Poon Scholarship in Actuarial Science in support of outstanding students to pursue Actuarial Science studies at HKU.
Social Work Entrance Scholarship
This entrance scholarships will be offered to Year one students who are admitted to the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree programme through the JUPAS or non-JUPAS Scheme with outstanding results in HKDSE or recognized international qualification examinations.
HKU-SCF Scholarship in Financial Technology
Each year, eight local Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (FinTech) undergraduates will receive this scholarship funded by the Standard Chartered Foundation (SCF). Scholarships will be awarded based on academic performance with the possibility to renew to a full scholarship.
