Why HKU-Sciences Po
Sciences Po is France's leading university in arts and social sciences. With the HKU-SciencesPo Dual Degree programme, you will attain the first of two degrees in multidisciplinary studies with an international focus over two years at Sciences Po. After two years in France, you will then spend the final two years in the thriving business hub of Hong Kong, and earn a second degree at one of Asia’s most sought-after universities.
You'll earn a Bachelor of Arts from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Arts/Business Administration/Social Sciences from HKU upon successful completion of this four-year programme.
During the four-year programme, you’ll experience student life and exclusive study opportunities on two worldly campuses. The experience will broaden your horizons and facilitate your understanding of relations between Asia and Europe. You can study in English on both campuses, making this programme a great option for non-French speakers looking to study in France.
Put your hard-earned global perspectives to work by taking advantage of exciting career opportunities in the business hub of Hong Kong or another impressive international financial centre. HKU has maintained a nearly full graduate employment rate for 17 consecutive years. If you remain in Hong Kong for seven years, you will be eligible for permanent residency.
Sciences Po’s multicultural campuses in Reims, Menton, and Le Havre are home to a tight-knit community of students from all over the world. Here, you will spend two years in a multidisciplinary undergraduate programme with an international focus. Courses range from law, economics, and history to political science and sociology plus specialised regional courses:
- Europe-Asia in Le Havre (courses in English)
- Europe-Middle East and Mediterranean in Menton (courses in English)
- Europe-Africa in Reims (courses in English; OR courses in French)
- Europe-North America in Reims (courses in English)
Programmes at Sciences Po are taught in English; however, you will also have the opportunity to learn the local language through immersive French language classes.
Spend your third and fourth year at HKU in an arts, social sciences, or business undergraduate programme to complete the four-year programme. The HKU campus is located in the heart of cosmopolitan Hong Kong. The enterprising city is a global financial hub and is rated one of the best student cities in the world.
