This scholarship recognises outstanding students who have enrolled in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) related degree programmes. Besides having strong commitment in I&T sector and great vision in using technology to improve society, the awardees need to demonstrate outstanding academic achievement as well as having track records in solid innovation and leadership skills.

This scholarship honours and supports outstanding non-local students newly admitted to the following programmes: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Arts in Global Creative Industries, Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Digital Technologies, and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
