The HKU-UWC Diversity Scholarships aim to support outstanding United World College (UWC) graduates who are well-rounded individuals, excel in academic and extracurricular activities, and also from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at HKU, enriching campus diversity while fostering education that promotes unity among people, nations, and cultures.

• Final-year United World College IB Diploma student with a predicted score of at least 33 out of 45
• Must apply for admission to a full-time undergraduate degree programme at HKU and meet the respective programme's IB score and subject requirements
• Demonstrate excellence and leadership in non-academic activities
• Provide a personal statement with no more than 500 words to demonstrate excellent leadership abilities and commitments
• Authorize HKU to obtain IB results directly from the IBO
• No nomination is needed in advance. HKU will confirm it with the respective UWC school after the student submits their application to HKU

• Up to full tuition waiver with a HK$70,000 allowance; preference given to students with predicted IB scores of 42 or above.
• Up to full tuition waiver; preference given to students with predicted IB scores of 38-41.
