The scholarship information below pertains to the 2026 admissions, while details for the 2027 admissions are subject to modification.

 

This merit-based scholarship recognises top HKDSE students who obtained level 5** in 5 or less HKDSE subjects.

Level 5** in 5 subjects
  • A scholarship covering the annual tuition fee subject to renewal.
  • 6-year programmes:
    Up to HK$294,500
  • 5-year programmes:
    Up to HK$245,000
  • 4-year programmes:
    Up to HK$195,500

Level 5** in 4 subjects
  • A scholarship in recognition of the student’s outstanding achievement for covering the tuition fee.
 HK$50,000

Level 5** in 3 or less subjects but an overall result among the top 1% of those who meet the University Entrance Requirements
  • A scholarship in recognition of the student’s outstanding achievement for covering the tuition fee.
 HK$50,000
The students who ranked highest in each of the 10 Faculties or 4 Schools will be awarded the title of President's Scholars and an additional scholarship of HK$100,000 for covering the tuition fee and / or other enrichment.

 

NOTES

  • The HKDSE examination results are based on 2026 only and in one sitting.
  • Students must not be HKDSE repeaters.
  • Students must fulfil the minimum University Entrance Requirements.
  • The result of Mathematics Extended Part Module 1 or 2 may be considered in lieu of Mathematics Compulsory Part.
