The LL.M in Human Rights Programme ("Programme") at HKU Law was established in 1999 in response to the growing demand for knowledge about human rights in the Asia-Pacific region. The Programme focuses on human rights issues of global concern, including in the Asia-Pacific region, and aims to foster an active learning environment. Full and partial scholarships are available, which have attracted local and international students from a broad range of disciplines.
Prospective candidates are warmly invited to join the information session via Zoom to learn more about the programme structure and requirements, our wide variety of courses available, scholarship options, and the admission process.
