We are going to host a virtual session for students who are interested in knowing more about HKU’s scholarship offers. Our scholarship recipients will share with you some tips and technical skills on how to make applications as well as how the scholarships actually help them to pursue their studies in Hong Kong. 為讓學生更能掌握準備SNDAS計劃所需文件的要訣，並在面試中脫穎而出，港大邀請到透過SNDAS入讀港大的兩名學生出席“Tips to Succeed in your SNDAS Application”網上分享會，分享他們準備個人陳述 (Personal Statement)，過往的作品及經驗集 (Portfolio)以及面試的竅門，而港大招生主任吳梓杰先生亦會出席分享港大今年就SNDAS計劃的最新資訊。

We are glad to have Dr. Shiming Zhang, Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, join the information session and give a presentation on how studying Engineering is, the current trend and demand in the industry, and the uniqueness of our BME programme. There will also be a sharing session with our students. Last but not least, you can ask our representative any questions about admissions to HKU!

To let you further grasp the concept of “Big Data”, Dr. Tingting Fan, our Deputy Programme Director of BSc in Marketing Analytics and Technology, will give a presentation on the use of big data in today’s world and the global opportunities arise, as well as telling you what you can expect from our big-data related programmes. Plus, you will have a chance to hear from our students about what being an HKUer is like, and also ask our representative any questions about admissions to HKU!

In this seminar, we are going to discuss how we could make the best use of our creativity and knowledge in developing NFT-technology-based projects that bring positive impact and create tangible and intangible value.  We will also explore how NFT could be the change catalyst to different disciplines, which may shape the related careers in the future.

On 24 to 28 May 2021, HKU organises a JUPAS Information Week for JUPAS applicants. JUPAS applicants can take this opportunity to get the latest updates on programmes and admissions information from faculties. There will also be student sharing sessions, mock lectures and lab visits. 

With the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, many HKDSE students from Secondary 4 to 6 are severely affected with their studies. In order to help students who require extra academic support, Student Ambassadors from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) will provide a series of online sessions for learning support in April.
