Eligible students will be shortlisted and nominated for the selection committee's consideration on a rolling basis.

The scholarship shall be awarded to the top scorers newly-admitted undergraduate students each year.

In honour of the late Professor Barry Fegan Will, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture from 1990 to 1998, the Scholarship was established to award top applicants for the BA(AS) programme.

The Jardine HKU Scholarship is newly established to be awarded annually with the aim of supporting access to further education by local students who are financially in need, in order to nurture local talents to be future leaders who will give back to their community.
